Wheel studs
Car, truck, tractor trailer etc our precision hi-tensile studs are machined from good quality steel in any variety and thread types. We specialize in manufacture any wheel stud requirement to drawing or sample and any variations as required.
Replacement studs for classic vintage or obsolete replacements are duplicated from sample supplied. |

Wheel Locknuts / Lockstuds
We manufacture the widest range of fitments and thread types and specials as required. Using quality steels our locknuts are heat treated in order to achieve extra strength and durability.
Wheel locknuts and lockstuds are then chrome plated using a duplex nickel system and to the Australian Standards these are supplied in attractive packs comprising 4 locknuts and 1 spanner. Additional single locknuts or spanners are available. We can vary the quantity of locknuts per set to suit the customer’s requirements, for example 1 set of 5 locknuts, 4 locknuts for the road wheels of the 4WD and the 5th locknut or lockstud for the spare wheel, all keyed the same if required.

Light Locks
Special security locking system has been developed to secure driving lights. Light locks are manufactured from quality steels and heat treated for strength and durability.
They are specially plated to provide extra protection against the weather supplied in sets of 1, 2, 3 or 4 etc, all keyed the same, for ease and simplicity. |

Aluminium Machined Components
We manufacture the following components using marine grade Hi Tensile Aluminium:-
- Automotive wheel spacers all sizes and fitments.
- Wheel hub adaptor – all sizes and fitments for car, light truck, 4 wheel drive, trailers and agriculture. Also for conversion from single to rear dual wheels including F100, F250 small tractors etc.
- Wheel centre bore locators provides more positive location of the alloy wheel on the car hub boss. Provides smoother running and eliminates wheel vibration.
- Decorative manual gear knobs.
- Wheel centre domes – decorative aluminium or from sample supplied.
- Fabrication of components to customer’s requirements.
